Facilities Manager Level 4

Level 4 Facilities Manager

The purpose of this programme is to develop capability in managing facilities in the built environment. With constant changes to legislation and advances in the use of technology in the workplace, organisations are striving to maintain their competitive advantage. Facilities managers are frequently expected to ensure compliance, provide opportunities for the organisation to adapt to new ways of using the built environments and provide ways to reduce operational cost, yet maintain working standards which connect and integrate people, places and processes.

Throughout the duration of the programme, facilities managers will learn the complexities of managing, maintaining and developing a myriad of services, assets and properties which improve the workplace for the client.

The Facilities Manager (FM) apprenticeship is a Level 4 programme - equivalent to a Higher National Certificate (HNC)!

We work to customise the programme around your values and what matters most to you, whilst ensuring your people are working towards the apprenticeship standard. We want to know what you like to see and will deliver how you want us to.
