The purpose of this programme is to develop your leadership capability and identify future talent throughout your organisation, as it is your leaders who will support the implementation of your vision and culture and drive long-term business growth.
If this programme sounds right for you, you’ll be learning about:
Our programme provides the knowledge and will hone the behaviour required to be a truly effective leader, whilst providing an opportunity to manage a work-based project to put these skills into practice.
The Operations Manager apprenticeship is a Level 5 programme - equivalent to a foundation degree!
We work to customise the programme around your values and what matters most to you, whilst ensuring your people are working towards the apprenticeship standard. We want to know what you like to see and will deliver how you want us to.
16 months - this timeframe gives you the opportunity to complete all learning and complete functional skills (if required).
You will need to be eligible to work in the UK, and spend at least 50% of your working hours in England.
Our team of expert facilitators bespoke our workshops to ensure we are delivering with your business drivers and priorities in mind.
We will work with you to understand how you learn so we can offer you the right support. Our Operations Manager apprenticeship has a blend of online learning, face-to-face learning, projects, assignments and much more!
On completion of your Operations Manager apprenticeship, you will gain Chartered Manager Status through CMI - this is the highest leadership and management status that you can achieve in the profession.
We offer the opportunity to gain professional body membership with CMI for the course of your apprenticeship and for 3 months after you complete - giving you access to thought leadership, networks and support materials to accelerate your learning and career development.
Want to stand out from the crowd? You can create a competitive advantage by choosing to complete a Level 5 Award, Certificate or Diploma in Leadership and Management as part of your apprenticeship.
It requires extra energy and commitment from you to complete this alongside your apprenticeship – but the sky's the limit if you choose to.
Following all your hard work over your 16-month apprenticeship journey, you, your line manager and your dedicated workplace coach will decide if you have met the required skills, knowledge and behaviours and are ready to enter End-Point Assessment. At this point, you will have up to three months to complete your End-Point Assessment.
"The direct consequence of this mentorship was that I was offered a key account leadership role within my organisation, which will have a truly transformative effect, not only on my future, but more importantly my family as well"
