The Team Leader apprenticeship is a Level 3 programme - equivalent to A Levels!

We work to customise the Team Leader programme around your values and what matters most to you. We want to know what you like to see and will deliver how you want us to.

Duration

13 months - this timeframe gives you the opportunity to complete all learning and complete functional skills (if required).

Entry Requirements

You will need to be eligible to work in the UK, and spend at least 50% of your working hours in England.

Skills workshops

Our team of expert facilitators bespoke our workshops to ensure we are delivering with your business drivers and priorities in mind.

Individualised Learning

We will work with you to understand how you learn so we can offer you the right support. Our Team Leader apprenticeship has a blend of online learning, face-to-face learning, projects, assignments and much more!

Upgrade your apprenticeship

Boost your apprenticeship by completing an additional Level 3 knowledge qualification in Leadership and Management with CMI or ILM.

We offer the opportunity to gain professional body membership with CMI or ILM for the duration of your apprenticeship. This gives you access to networks, thought leadership articles and materials which accelerate your skills development!

End-Point Assessment

Following your 13-month individualised learning journey, you will be ready for your End-Point Assessment. This End-Point Assessment (or EPA for short!) is your opportunity to showcase your new skills, knowledge and behaviours, discuss how you have put these into practice in your role and the impact of your learning, to determine your final grade, either pass or distinction.

Portfolio of skills evidence

Typically this will consist of 20 pieces of evidence which showcase the knowledge, skills and behaviours gained in your workplace throughout your apprenticeship

20-minute Presentation

You will be given six topics within management and leadership to choose from and will be required to create and deliver a presentation for one of these topics.

30-minute Q&A session

After your presentation to an independent assessor, you will have a 30-minute question and answer session to confirm your understanding

60-minute professional discussion

You take part in a 60 min professional discussion with the independent assessor about your portfolio of evidence for them to confirm your level of competence against the team leader skills, knowledge and behaviours

"I have learnt so much already and with the way the course is structured I have been able to put it into practice within my role which I think is essential"
