This programme will help you gain a range of key management skills and put them into practice in your own role. You will start to build your leadership capabilities, and understand how to motivate and engage teams and manage workplace relationships confidently.
This qualification is ideal for individuals who have management responsibilities but no formal training, and are serious about developing their abilities or those that aspire to be in a management position.

Strengthen team and customer relationships through clear business communication and collaborative strategies.
Enhance leadership through action learning by setting personal goals, building self-awareness, and collaborating in a respectful, confidential group environment.
Gain practical coaching skills by understanding the coach’s role, overcoming common barriers, and using proven tools and techniques to support workplace development.

This qualification will be assessed by Assignments/Personal development plan & Leadership assessment and evalution.
You may be eligible for an advanced learner loan if you are aged 19 or over, and do not hold an existing level 3 qualification (or above).
Getting an advanced learner loan doesn’t depend on your household income or your employment status, and there is no credit check. You won’t have to pay anything back until you are earning more than £25,000 per year (before tax and other deductions).
