FAQs

Why? Nothing makes us prouder than seeing people grow and do things in life that they always wanted to do.

To provide professionals with essential knowledge and skills in HR, people management, and employment relations, equipping them to support effective people practices in organisations.

This programme is aimed at people working already within the HR function of an organisation who want to further their understanding and progress their career, or people who do not work in HR yet but want to embark on a career in HR, L&D or OD. This role will typically involve managing day-to-day inquiries and offering HR guidance, while overseeing a variety of HR processes that span from routine tasks to more complex matters, covering the entire employee lifecycle from recruitment to retirement. Additionally, they will take ownership of advising managers on a broad spectrum of HR issues, ensuring their guidance aligns with company policies and employment laws, minimizing legal risks or potential exposure to employment tribunals.

You will meet with your coach at least every 8 weeks, so we can check in on your progress and provide any additional support you need. But please do reach out more regularly than this, and let us know if you’d like to catch up more regularly.

There are 4 assignments and these vary with word count ranging from 2500 to 5000. Each assignment will be slightly different in word count.

Interested? We'd love to hear from you!
