This role is perfect for a trainer/facilitator who is motivated and excited about starting the learning design process with a blank canvas where you can let your creativity and flair shine.

This role will work from home but be comfortable with travelling to deliver programmes at our client sites. Approximately 3 days of training delivery per week.

We are looking for coaches who are experienced in all things hospitality and who are passionate about supporting our apprentices to develop the knowledge and skills and behaviours they need to successfully achieve their apprenticeship standard and goals, to become the best version of themselves.

The role is perfect for coaches who are able to plan their time effectively, have great attention to detail and are able to engage confidently with all those involved in the apprenticeship journey.

This role will be home based, but coaches will proactively visit apprentices at their normal place of work and so being comfortable with travelling is essential.
