The CIPD Level 3 Foundation Certificate in People Practice is aimed to provide professionals with essential knowledge and skills in HR, people management, and employment relations, equipping you to support effective people practices in organisations.

Who is this for?

This programme is aimed at people working already within the HR function of an organisation who want to further their understanding and progress their career, or people who do not work in HR yet but want to embark on a career in HR, L&D or OD.

This role will typically involve managing day-to-day inquiries and offering HR guidance, while overseeing a variety of HR processes that span from routine tasks to more complex matters, covering the entire employee lifecycle from recruitment to retirement.

Additionally, they will take ownership of advising managers on a broad spectrum of HR issues, ensuring their guidance aligns with company policies and employment laws, minimizing legal risks or potential exposure to employment tribunals.
