What People Love About Us
Learnmore
It's been a huge confidence booster in reinforcing professional leadership practices which have otherwise been learnt 'on the job'. The formalised (and really well-delivered) structure to the programme, particularly the workshops, has really helped consolidate existing knowledge, better my self-awareness and allowed for really creative and interesting learning as growth moving forwards. It's allowed me to reflect and evaluate more on what's important to me, what personal standards are important within the workplace, and been a catalyst in enabling development action and a boost in self- confidence and self-esteem. The impact of having 3rd party input to reflect and reinforce my strengths, cannot be understated - it's been a real lift to my personal and professional motivation.
Learnmore
When I first got to my Deputy position, I was clueless about the job, how it is done, how should I behave, what should I do... By the end of the course, I learned the most important aspects of being a good leader, and by improving my knowledge day by day, I gained such a huge confidence, which seemed to be almost impossible at the beginning. I am sure, that the impact of the course, which is highly measurable in my knowledge, skills and behaviour; will show it’s benefits in my future job roles as well, as I learned how to see the world differently and how to see myself differently.
Learnmore
Reaching the end of this course seemed so far away at the start but has come round so fast, the support has been excellent and much appreciated, I have learnt so much and have seen a difference in the way I approach different tasks from day to day. The direct consequence of this mentorship was that I was offered a key account leadership role within my organisation, which will have a truly transformative effect, not only on my future, but more importantly my family as well.
Learnmore
I have learnt so much already and with the way the course is structured I have been able to put it into practice within my role which I think is essential. This has not only improved my skills in leading my team but built stronger relationships with my team because of it. I love it. I have been able to put in to practise what I have learned. This course has opened my eyes a lot.
Learnmore
This journey and program will continue to help me with my leadership development and hope I can truly demonstrate the impact this is having and will continue to have. I have never realised that former President D. Eisenhower had done so much with his life prior to being the President. Whilst I do not want to be the President or even the Prime Minister, I do want to succeed in Leadership. This will give me the determination to do just that. I have the passion and the courage, as well as experience, but this is going to make sure I have the tools and skills to thrive.
Learnmore
The new knowledge, skills and behaviours acquired are helping me a lot through my personal, family, social and professional life. Now all the people around me have seen a vast change in me. The course has impacted me greatly in my work and personal life. I feel more confident in my role as a Team Leader and more confident in my day-to-day life. The course has also helped me learn the role of team leader and help develop the skills to step into that role. In work life its helped me progress myself because I have learnt new ways to deal with situations and help my colleagues if they are struggling.
