The Applying AI in the Business apprenticeship is a 13-month, fully funded programme for business analysts, change managers, IT managers, and AI adoption leads who want to move beyond tool awareness and develop the strategic and analytical capability to lead real AI-driven change in their organisations.
Across 10 workshops, learners develop practical AI skills covering stakeholder management, process redesign, solution scoping, data quality, ethical governance, and strategic implementation, and apply them to live business challenges in their own workplace. Delivery is flexible, with organisations able to choose between fully remote, blended, or face-to-face, depending on what works best for their team.
There is no cost to eligible employers, and at the end of it, learners come away with a recognised Level 4 Business Analyst qualification, with ILM accreditation included.
Already analysing processes and requirements and ready to embed AI into that work. Developing the skills to scope, assess, and deliver AI-driven business solutions.
Leading organisational change and ready to add AI adoption to your toolkit. Building the capability to navigate resistance, build buy-in, and embed lasting AI culture.
Driving AI initiatives across the organisation and ready to lead with confidence. Gaining the governance, stakeholder, and implementation skills to deliver measurable strategic impact.
Managing systems and infrastructure and ready to move beyond technical delivery. Building the strategic and governance skills to lead responsible AI implementation.
This programme is built for professionals who need to make real decisions about AI, not just understand the theory. Grounded in the recognised Level 4 Business Analyst qualification, every learner works on a live project from day one. The result is a genuine capability shift, not a certificate to put on a shelf.

Speak to our team — no obligation, just a conversation.
The programme runs across 10 workshops over 13 months, followed by end-point assessment.
The programme is fully funded for apprenticeship levy payers, meaning there is no direct cost to eligible employers. If your organisation does not pay the apprenticeship levy, you can still access significant funding for this programme. Speak to our team to check your organisation’s eligibility.
Learners achieve a qualification equivalent to a Level 4 Business Analyst standard, recognised across the UK as a credible qualification in analytical thinking, AI implementation, and business change.
This programme is suitable for professionals who want to develop advanced analytical and problem-solving skills to drive business change and improvement.
Learners need to be in employment, and their employer needs to be eligible to access apprenticeship funding, which covers most organisations with a payroll over £3m, and many smaller ones too. Not sure if that’s you? Just give us a call and we will check in minutes.
Whether you want to pick up the phone and speak to us, or drop us an email, we’ll let you decide.
