Is this programme suitable for new managers?
Absolutely. The programme is designed to be accessible for those stepping into management for the first time, while offering enough depth to challenge experienced managers looking to formalise their practice.
Is there a formal qualification?
Yes, participants will receive an ILM Level 3 Leadership and Management Certificate or Diploma on achievement of the qualification. We will send this to you as soon as we receive the certificate.
Can my company run this as an in-house programme?
Yes. We offer bespoke in-house delivery for organisations wanting to run the programme with their own cohort of managers. We’ll tailor content to your sector, culture, and strategic priorities.
What is the time commitment per week?
You can expect to spend approximately 4 hours per week including live sessions, self-directed learning, and reflective practice tasks, but this will vary.
Can I study while I'm working full time?
Absolutely. Because assessments are based on your actual role, your workplace becomes part of your learning journey. Our programmes combine workshops, online resources, and one-to-one support, so you can fit your studies around your schedule.
What are the payment options?
You can pay by BACS transfer, one full Stripe payment (10% off), or choose monthly instalments via GoCardless.
Can I fund my studies with an Advanced Learner Loan?
Yes, if you are aged 19 or over, don’t already hold a Level 3 qualification or higher, and meet the residency criteria. There is no credit check and repayments only begin once you earn over £25,000 per year. Alternatively, you can pay over 9 monthly instalments.
Can I use the apprenticeship levy for this course?
Unfortunately not – but we offer apprenticeship programmes that are levy-funded. See apprenticeship courses.
