The Marketing Executive Apprenticeship is a 12-month, fully funded programme for marketing professionals who want to take a more strategic step in their marketing career.
Over the apprenticeship, learners will develop the knowledge and skills to become a more strategic, commercially aware marketing professional. From day one, learners will start to take a more holistic approach to marketing activity. Across 10 practical workshops, develop skills in stakeholder and project management, budgeting and performance evaluation, as well as gaining experience of market research, brand management and corporate reputation.
Underpinned with real world examples and experiences. This isn’t just theory. Blending marketing frameworks and theories, with practical, workplace application helps learners contextualise understanding and deliver results for their organisation. Choose between a blended approach to delivery or a tailored face-to-face option for dedicated cohorts, both designed to ensure maximum impact and minimal disruption.
There is no cost to eligible employers, and at the end of it, learners come away with a recognised Level 4 Marketing Executive qualification.

The programme runs across 10 workshops over 12 months, followed by end-point assessment.

Learners achieve a qualification equivalent to a Level 4 Marketing Executive standard, recognised across the UK as a credible foundation qualification in digital and offline marketing practice.
This programme is suitable for professionals who are looking to start, or develop, a career in marketing.
Learners need to be in employment, and their employer needs to be eligible to access apprenticeship funding, which covers most organisations with a payroll over £3m, and many smaller ones too. Not sure if that’s you? Just give us a call and we will check in minutes.

You can expect to spend approximately 4-6 hours per week including live sessions, self-directed learning, and reflective practice tasks, but this will vary. Sessions are designed to be flexible around working schedules.
Absolutely, that’s exactly how it’s designed to work. Because the assessments are based on your actual job, your workplace becomes part of your learning journey. You won’t need to take time off or study into the early hours. Many of our programmes are delivered through blended learning, combining workshops, online resources, and one-to-one support, so you can fit your studies around your schedule.
Whether you want to pick up the phone and speak to us, or drop us an email, we’ll let you decide.
