Leading apprenticeship and training provider, Learnmore, has been highly commended at the prestigious British Training Awards, which recognise outstanding contribution to learning and development.
Learnmore was among those honoured at the annual awards ceremony, held to celebrate the teams and individuals who are passionate about learning and development’s role in building a thriving workforce, at the Grand Connaught Rooms in Covent Garden on Wednesday (July 15).
In a year which saw a record number of entries submitted, Learnmore was highly commended by the judges in the Leadership Development Initiative of the Year category for its Women in Leadership Apprenticeship programme, delivered in partnership with global facilities management company ISS.
The programme was developed to empower women across the organisation with the skills, confidence and strategic insight to progress into senior leadership roles.
Learnmore was also named as a finalist for the Apprenticeship Provider of the Year Award, reflecting Learnmore’s continued commitment to delivering high-quality apprenticeship programmes that create meaningful impact for employers and learners.

Working across the UK, Learnmore employs learning and development consultants, equality, diversity and inclusion specialists, leadership coaches and apprenticeship and qualification experts, with a focus on empowering female colleagues.
Celebrating its 15th anniversary this year, Learnmore helps organisations deliver results through their people. More than 2,700 learners have been trained to date, with feedback showing 100% feel more confident as a leader after completing a programme and 82% receiving a promotion or new responsibilities as a result of their programme.
A record 423 entries were received from organisations across the UK for this year’s British Training Awards.
