Why? Nothing makes us prouder than seeing people grow and do things in life that they always wanted to do.

To gain a deeper understanding of HR within an organisation. You’ll explore the management of relationships, systems, and processes, and learn how to develop talent and build successful teams.

An ideal candidate for this programme will be someone in, or who aspires to move into, a role in Human Resources (HR) or People Management, where they will work across various functions within the organisation. This may involve being responsible for a range of activities, including attracting and recruiting talent, supporting employee development and retention efforts, managing payroll and benefits, fostering positive employee relations, and ensuring compliance with employment law. This programme will equip candidates with the skills to effectively manage these critical HR functions.

You will meet with your coach at least every 8 weeks, so we can check in on your progress and provide any additional support you need. But please do reach out more regularly than this, and let us know if you’d like to catch up more regularly.

There are 7 assignments and these vary with word count ranging from 2500 to 5000. Each assignment will be slightly different in word count.
