Is there a formal qualification?
Participants will receive an ILM-assured certificate on successful completion. We will send this to you as soon as we receive the certificate.
Can my company run this as an in-house programme?
Yes. We offer bespoke in-house delivery for organisations wanting to run the programme with their own cohort of managers. We’ll tailor content to your sector, culture, and strategic priorities.
What is the time commitment per week?
This varies week to week. Some weeks include a live workshop, followed by reflective tasks to consolidate what you’ve learned. On average, you will expect to spend around 1.5–2 hours per week.
Can I study while I'm working full time?
Absolutely, that’s exactly how it’s designed to work. Because the assessments are based on your actual job, your workplace becomes part of your learning journey. You won’t need to take time off or study into the early hours. Many of our programmes are delivered through blended learning, combining workshops, online resources, and one-to-one support, so you can fit your studies around your schedule.
