Learnmore’s AI and Data Skills Suite brings together four apprenticeship programmes, fully funded through the apprenticeship levy, designed to build AI and data capability at every level of your organisation, from frontline teams to senior professionals leading transformation.
The four programmes at a glance
Why four programmes, not one
Because AI and data capability isn’t one thing. A customer service team lead needs something completely different to a business analyst or a transformation director. Many organisations offer one or two programmes and ask you to fit your people into them. We’ve built a coherent suite that maps to real roles and real needs across an organisation.
And because all four programmes sit on levy-funded apprenticeship standards, a cohort of learners can represent £100K + of fully funded development per employer, at zero net cost for levy-paying employers.
Built differently, delivered with people at the centre
Each programme was designed from the ground up, not retrofitted from an older curriculum. We started with what employers actually need from AI and data professionals and worked backwards. ILM-assured frameworks. Microsoft focused live workplace projects from day one. Ready for Final Apprenticeship Assessment (FAA) from the start.
Crucially, every learner is supported by a dedicated Learnmore coach throughout the programme. This isn’t self-directed e-learning. It is structured, human-led development, with coaches who understand both the subject matter and the workplace context. That’s what makes the learning stick.
The wider picture:
- Roughly 1 in 5 workers are in the 'Frontier zone', where individual capability and organisational readiness reinforce each other. About 1 in 10 are blocked: skilled workers in companies that have not yet caught up.
