For most professionals, the hardest part of gaining a qualification is not the study. It is finding a course that fits around a full diary, a demanding role and everything else life asks of you. Fixed dates and set session times work brilliantly for some people. For plenty of others, they are the reason the qualification keeps getting pushed to next year.

Your progress is saved automatically, so you can pause on a busy week and pick up exactly where you left off. You can revisit the content as many times as you like within your access period, and when you complete all the modules, you receive your certificate.
What you can study
This is specialist training, not a generic course library. There are four categories on the platform.
Facilities management. Our IWFM qualifications run from Level 3 for aspiring FM professionals, through Level 4 for supervisors and Level 5 for operational managers, up to Level 6 for strategic leaders. Each level is available as an Award, a Certificate or a Diploma, so you can choose the depth of study that fits your life right now, and IWFM membership is included.
Women in Leadership. Three ILM Assured courses, each built for a different stage. The Management Launchpad for aspiring leaders, Bridge to Boardroom for mid-management, and Leading with Strategic Impact for senior leaders. As a female-founded and female-led provider, we built these around the real barriers women face, and the numbers show why they are needed. Gender parity in senior management is not expected until 2053 at current rates.
Artificial intelligence. AI From Basics to Impact builds digital awareness in using AI in around an hour and a half, and Living and Working with AI covers practical AI for professionals in around two and a half hours. Both come with a certificate of completion.
Digital skills. Digital Skills Fundamentals is a five hour course that builds practical digital skills for day-to-day life and work, with a certificate of completion.
