The Multi-Channel Marketer Apprenticeship is a 12-month, fully funded programme for aspiring and early-career marketers who want to build the skills, confidence, and knowledge to plan and deliver effective campaigns across multiple channels.
Across 15 practical workshops, learners develop real marketing skills they can apply immediately in their day-to-day role. From building brands and creating compelling content to managing integrated campaigns and turning data into insight, the programme covers the full marketing lifecycle. Learners also gain experience with CRM systems, marketing tools, and emerging technologies like AI, while understanding the importance of responsible and compliant marketing practices.
Grounded in real workplace challenges, the programme blends marketing theory with practical application, helping learners deliver measurable results for their organisation. Delivery is flexible, with organisations able to choose a blended approach or tailored face-to-face options for dedicated cohorts, ensuring it works around business needs.
There is no cost to eligible employers, and at the end of it, learners come away with a recognised Level 3 Multi-Channel Marketer qualification.

Learners achieve a qualification equivalent to a Level 3 Multi-Channel Marketer standard, recognised across the UK as a credible foundation qualification in digital and offline marketing practice.
