1. Overview

This promotion (the Offer”) is run by Learnmore Network Limited (“we”, “us”, “our”) and applies to new enrolments on the following qualifications:

• IWFM Diplomas at Levels 3, 4, 5, and 6
• IWFM “Award in a Week” programmes at Levels 4, 5, and 6

Under this Offer, eligible learners will receive one free gift: either a Kindle or an Apple Watch, subject to availability. The gift recipient will decide whether they want a Kindle or an Apple Watch.

The available models are:

• Kindle: Amazon Kindle Paperwhite (16 GB)
• Apple Watch: Apple Watch Series 10 GPS 42 mm Smartwatch

2. Offer Period

The Offer is valid for qualifying enrolments made up to midnight on Friday, 19 December 2025.
To qualify, one of the following conditions must be met by 19 December 2025:

• Payment has been made via Stripe or GoCardless, or
• An invoice has been issued by Learnmore Network Limited to your company on or before that date.

Please note: learners whose invoices are issued before the deadline will only receive their gift once full payment has been received.

3. Eligibility

• The Offer is open to individuals aged 18 or over who enrol directly with Learnmore Network Limited.
• Only one free gift is available per learner, regardless of the number of courses enrolled in.
• The Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount, voucher, or promotional offer.
• The Offer is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative.
• The choice of gift (Kindle or Apple Watch) is subject to availability at the time of dispatch.

4. Gift Dispatch and Delivery

• Gifts will only be dispatched once full payment has been received and the learner has confirmed their delivery address in writing.
• Eligible gifts will be dispatched within 28 days of both payment being received and address confirmation.
• Once the gift has been ordered or dispatched, Learnmore Network Limited accepts no responsibility for loss, damage, or delays caused by couriers, suppliers, or postal services.
• If an item goes missing or is delayed after dispatch, replacement or compensation is at our sole discretion.
• We reserve the right to provide an equivalent alternative gift of equal or greater value if the chosen item is unavailable.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

• If you cancel your enrolment or receive a refund for any reason, you will no longer be eligible for the free gift.
• If a gift has already been dispatched prior to cancellation, the retail value of the item may be deducted from any refund due.

6. Changes to the Offer

We reserve the right to:

• Amend, suspend, or withdraw the Offer at any time without prior notice,
• Substitute the gift for another product of equal or higher value, and
• Refuse eligibility where the Offer is being misused or abused.
