Focused on building the right mindset for working with AI day-to-day. You’ll explore when AI should and shouldn’t be used, how to support colleagues in using it safely, and how to develop a sustainable approach to AI that keeps data integrity and confidentiality front of mind.
A practical workshop on using AI to improve written communication — drafting and refining emails, responding to users and stakeholders, and reviewing AI-generated outputs to ensure they meet the right quality and tone standards.
