We did it! And we haven’t been able to wipe the smiles off our faces since.
We are delighted to share and confirm Learnmore is officially a “good” training provider by Ofsted. Our inspectors highlighted “apprentices are inspired to be successful”, our “leaders and managers have high ambitions for apprentices” and we use our expertise to work collaboratively with employers to design effective curriculums. This shows exactly why we love what we do and how we support people to become the best version of themselves.
We want to thank everyone involved:
- Our apprentices for taking part in focus groups, being interviewed, observed, being so open and honest about their experience to date, demonstrating the impact their learning has had – with over 70% of learners gaining promotions!
- All our clients, for demonstrating the value apprenticeships and our partnership bring to their business.
- Our team of trainers, coaches, support, functional skills tutors and leaders for going above and beyond.
