Women in Leadership programme named finalist at IWFM Impact Awards 2026

Leading apprenticeship and training provider Learnmore has been named a finalist at the IWFM Impact Awards 2026, which celebrate excellence and innovation across the workplace and facilities management profession.

Learnmore has reached the final in the People Development and Talent Retention category for its Women in Leadership Apprenticeship programme, delivered in partnership with global facilities management company ISS.

Winners will be announced at a ceremony on Thursday 8th October at the JW Marriott Grosvenor House in London.

The Women in Leadership Apprenticeship programme was developed to empower women across the organisation with the skills, confidence and strategic insight to progress into senior leadership roles.

The finalist placing comes after Learnmore was highly commended for the same programme in the Leadership Development Initiative of the Year category at the British Training Awards in July.

Learnmore has also been named a finalist in this year’s CIPD People Management Awards for Best Apprenticeship Scheme for its Production Chef Apprenticeship programme in partnership with Impact Food Group. Winners are due to be announced on September 24.

Learnmore managing director Becky Newell said: “To be recognised as a finalist for the IWFM Impact Awards is a brilliant achievement, and testament to the hard work of everyone involved in our Women in Leadership programme with ISS.

“Coming so soon after being highly commended at the British Training Awards, and alongside our CIPD PMA finalist status for our work with Impact Food Group, it’s been an exciting few months for the whole Learnmore team. These recognitions reflect what we set out to do every day, help people grow into leaders and help organisations get the very best from their people.”

Working across the UK, Learnmore employs learning and development consultants, equality, diversity and inclusion specialists, leadership coaches and apprenticeship and qualification experts, with a focus on empowering female colleagues.

Celebrating its 15th anniversary this year, Learnmore helps organisations deliver results through their people. More than 2,700 learners have been trained to date, with feedback showing 100 per cent feel more confident as a leader after completing a programme and 82 per cent receiving a promotion or new responsibilities as a result of their programme.
