This personal profile analysis tool from Thomas International provides information on a person’s fears, motivators, values and behavioural styles, using four profile factors of dominance, influence, compliance and steadiness.
After completing an online assessment, a two-hour coaching session will be arranged, to enable the person to discuss their report in more detail, understand how to interpret results and agree actions that support their overall personal development and effectiveness.
