This personal profile analysis tool from Thomas International provides information on a person’s fears, motivators, values and behavioural styles, using four profile factors of dominance, influence, compliance and steadiness.

After completing an online assessment, a two-hour coaching session will be arranged, to enable the person to discuss their report in more detail, understand how to interpret results and agree actions that support their overall personal development and effectiveness.

This tool can be used effectively in recruiting the right person, improving communication, managing performance, motivating and engaging with team members and enhancing team effectiveness.

Emotional Intelligence (TEIQue)

Assessment and Coaching
£150.00 plus VAT per person

Using Thomas TEIQue assessment, which is based on K. V. Petrides’ trait emotional intelligence theory
from 1998, the participant will receive a comprehensive report that measures their global trait emotional intelligence, a skill in high demand by organisations worldwide.

The TEIQue assessment explores 15 facets, all based around the below factors:

  • Self-control
  • Emotionality
  • Sociability
  • Independence

One of our qualified interpreters will organise a one-to-one coaching session to agree on an individual action plan for each participant based on a relationship of openness and trust.
